The stick man's head appears to be Rigel. The 3 stars would then be Orion's sword although the middle one, which is surrounded by the Great Nebula in Orion (M42), does not really look as it should at this scale. The feet are then two of the stars in Orion's belt with the lower left one obscured by cloud. The other minor stars needed to be checked against an external reference but the match seems pretty good,
