Hoops, sorry just forget my previous message, it does not make sense.
By rerunning your data I get consistent results with both UT and the 7 hours offset, but not exactly those you get:
8 hours , Hc 13 degrees 51.6 minutes
15 hours, Hc 17 degrees 55.5 minutes
