Alan,
The G-Shock Casio Multi Band 8 “Rangeman” was recommended to me by someone one on the NavList about a year ago.
It is atomically “updated” by way of transmissions from Fort Collins USA, Fukushima Japan, Shangqiu China, Anthon England, or Manflingen Germany depending upon which one is in closest proximity.
The update occurs on my watch at Midnight. By noon, the watch appears to be 0.25 seconds fast and by midnight, before receiving the calibration signal, the time appears to be 0.5 seconds fast. I can select the time of day I want the calibration to occur. If I am uncomfortable with the time display, the watch can be automatically calibrated at any moment; it requires two to three minutes and I need not make a phone call to do it. I am very comfortable with the watch.
