Geoff and Peter,
You are correct. Checking my calculations I found that an error of 6.3' when interpolating moon's declination resulted in a close to one degree error in my local hour angle. With correct declination I now get LHA = -121°27.5' = 238°32.5' giving a longitude of W 86°57'.
