Hello Kelsey,
Andrés Ruiz and Joshua Carty have already given you two good ideas (that I also use), however your question was for the hp 48gx or the hp 41c.
I use the Free42 app on my Android phone, to give me a nice FREE Reverse Polish Notation calculator.
There is a program for the "42" that does what you are requesting, search for "astro" on the Free42_Software page, that should take you to ASTRO_TSO.
I have used ASTRO_TSO to do "sun sights" with my sextants, it is very good.
From memory, I think the "41" and "42" can use the same program (but I may be wrong).
However the source code is provided for ASTRO_TSO, so it may be 'easy' to rework for your 41c.
Regards, Geoff Hitchcox, Christchurch, New Zealand.
