I recently got a free AppleTV sub so watched what seems to be the only interesting programme "For All Mankind Season 2". This supposes that the Apollo programme was continued in an alternate history. Anyway they showed a dramatic sunrise from the rim of Shackleton Crater (89.9S 0E Moon) which is pretty much at the South Pole. The Sun rose about as quickly as it would on Earth. I think that given the Moon's Orbital inclination of about 5 degrees and axial tilt of about 1.5 degrees then that point should have a low Sun which sets for some of the 28 day Lunar day. Is that right? Apart from that the prog is quite good so far.
Probably there is a Lunar Almanac somewhere in this community which would enable me to do the sums which are otherwise beyond me.
