Or, on the flip side, some surprisingly high prices paid for Davis sextants. Not that there's anything wrong with a Davis (properly regarded for what it can and can't do), but one or two of the prices were what it would cost to buy one new.

Bruce,Thanks for posting this. What popped out of the list at me was a Tamaya Jupiter MS-833 in excellent condition with two scopes for $332 and only $15 shippingTamaya MS 833,2 lenses Excellent 6/27/2011 332 15If anyone comes across a deal like this I recommend jumping on it.Greg Rudzinski
