Swapping wooden sextant cases for waterproof

I always found my sextant wooden cases to be somewhat fragile and have started moving my sextant collections to Pelican and Nanuk waterproof hardcases. For my A-11 I used a Pelican case and 3d printed out the mounts that that it would rest on. I also made a small box to store the old school C batteries and spare bubble.
Overall it has worked really well and I plan on doing the same for my Astra and SNO-T sextants. Anyone else doing something similiar?
