with respect to satellite ranges, I wrote: Do you know if the tetrahedron can be shrunk away completely by slewing the GNSS receiver clock?
Thinking about harder, I suppose the tetrahedron would just shrink to a minimum as the receiver clock came into sync with satellite time leaving you with small tetrahedron, which you would still have to MPP, caused by a slight hang-off error plus the other GNSS errors.
