TI-36X Pro degrees minutes seconds conversion

On the TI 36X Pro the num-solv function variables need to be entered as degrees and tenths which is best done by dividing latitude, declination, LHA(t) minutes by 60 when entered as a variable. Example 45°30' is entered as 45+30/60. To convert variables back to degrees minutes seconds press xyztabcd to desired variable press math >DMS scroll down to 6 enter. This only needs to be done once to save into screen memory. On follow-up conversions scroll up in the screen to variable>DMS then press enter to convert.

TI could have done better by having a dedicated button to make the conversion rather than scrolling through menus :(
