Table of interstellar angles

In his excellent Sextant book, Bruce Bauer included a table of interstellar angles for practice sighting and sextant testing. The table is from the 1991 Nautical Almanac. Would the data be valid and accurate today, 21 years later, or has someone created an updated table of interstellar angles for practice? Thanks!
