1st appologies if this my second reply, I not sure first was received.
I would like to point out that there wer 6 replies not five and that mine was spot on in latitude with caveat that I left it up to you to make the further corrections needed ( or not needed in the conditions you set out) and that overall I was oder of 4 nm off.
I would also like to observe for the group that had the Ho's been large than sun dec that the north answer I originally gave would also be valid. Further I note that in that case it is interesting that the changing dec implies different longitudes for the southern and northern answer, one being shifted west and one east from the longitude of the peak of the ho versus time curve.
