Subject: [NavList] Tale of Two Sextant Boxes
The linked images show two very different sextant box contents.
For the Minimalist:
K&E, 2102-D, Course Plotter, Long Term Almanac, mechanical stopwatch.
For the Modern:
Smart Phone, Calculator, Digital stopwatch, Atomic Clock, 2102-D, Course Plotter, Long Term Almanac.
The minimalist set of tools will have to rely on a time tick or vessel chronometer vs. the modern set of tools containing an atomic clock as a chronometer. Shared items would be the Starfinder, Long Term Almanac, and Course Plotter.
Which box shall the navigator choose ? Simple, smart, or both. If it's CN I like it ;-)
