I came across a Tamaya Venus MS-933 Sextant at a second hand store.
I see it referred to as a 7/8th's sextant in Bauers book. It is generally not mentioned in the Tamaya web page or catalogues. Was it a commercial failure or did it have design issues?
Is this MS933 sextant a Freiberger Yacht copy for the yachting market?
Its been sitting in the window for months now with little interest. Most of the commercial web pages have no information on the model which suggests that it was not propular?
Anyone use one or have comment on its design functionality?
