From on a pitching deck the average error would be 10
times more than what I got at rest, no doubt.
And with regard to your second comment, my accuracy
gets better (on land) when I use a more powerful scope. The best
measurements I have ever achieved were with a 7X scope on a Tamaya Jupiter, but
a more powerful scope definitely adds to the degree of difficulty when in
motion, hence the need for multiple scopes!
Merry Christmas!
Dan

The quality of the workmanship is superb.
Now shoot a round of star sights this evening and make a
comparison, and for a real test try it off a pitching deck, and tell us the
results. ;-)
IMO, there are two fundemental things that
increase the abilty to make difficult sights. Larger mirrors, and
a scope with a wide field of view.
