Does the study of celestial navigation by terrorists really surprise anyone?
As to the close, that being making it into some government list, perhaps for why would people wish to pursue some old fashioned method, a supposedly arcane method at that of position finding, absent evil or at least questionable desires. Does the plot thicken?
