I absolutely do not recommend working with that ancient nav module for the TI-59 calculator --unless you specifically decide that you are a programmable calculator enthusiast. There are many better options.
Do you own a smartphone (Android or iPhone)? Any smartphone has roughly a million times more computing power than an old programmable calculator, and there are numerous apps that will do the navigation work that interests you. The apps are far easier to use, and many incorporate the latest almanac data at no cost.
