I was not proposing to "measure three specific LOPs". If that was how it
came across, then I must have explained it badly.
"Your 25% probability of inclusion applies to an average over all possible
LOP triplets. In this game you measure N LOP triplets where N is a very
large number. The larger the number N of measurements taken, the closer you
will get to the ideal 25% figure."
That is exactly what I was proposing.
