I reduced your star fix using my smart phone app and to my surprise it pin wheeled on the standard plotting sheet. To open up the cocked hat required scaling a nautical mile to 1 cm (see plot). Not sure if you had applied the 5 second chronometer time correction to your working notes and plot.
In another thread we had been discussing systematic error and where to place the fix. Your posted round of stars shows how a round of stars with well spaced azimuths will give the same fix whether index error is applied or not. The only difference is the size of the triangle.
