Tell people living in New Zeland that south is bad and north, Guadacanal is better place to live. Tell people the Recife, Brazill ( north ) is good and Rio DeJenero (south )is bad. Ask people in Yellow Knife if south ( Vancouver ) is bad.
Think cities - Ask if Harlemn is better to live in because it is north NYC or Broadway, or the lower east side ( south). Would you think north near Rikers Island or LaGrauda is better than south near Coney Island?
I belive people are smarter than that.
