Ron,
Aside from the typo (2015 instead of 2016), looks like pretty much the same results. I didn't go to the trouble to get the exact time of maximum altitude, but my estimate of 1124 only seems like a minute off.
I just played some games at even higher latitudes, and it is nuts. Sun rises and sets only once a year, and the time between culmination and transit is measured in months, not minutes.
