    I am attaching a 100%-scale copy of the current design that should be sufficient for folks to make cardboard prototypes, just as I have.

    I noticed that for sin and tan of degrees between 6 and 10 degrees are split in 10 parts (6' each), while outside that range, it is more round number of minutes (1, 2, 5 or 10). You  may want to change that.

    BTW, while extended tan scales are present on many rules, I noticed that these scales are different. Normally slide rule trig scales are graduated in decimal fractions of a degree (american rules) or minutes and seconds (european rules). This situation requires graduation in minutes and decimal fraction of a minute.
