David, that's because those are "mailto:" links. If you float your mouse over a link like that, you'll see where it's going to take you in a little hint (usually in the lower left corner of your browser window), and links like these say "mailto:someone-at-example.org" (for example). If you haven't set up an email client on your PC, they don't work. That's OK. Just ignore links like that. If you right-click on the link (two-finger tap is the new standard for what used to be "right-click"), you will see something that says "Copy email address". So do that, and then send the email in your usual manner. This is an old-fashioned way to manage feedback. You could, of course, get on Facebook (it doesn't bite!) and then you can get in touch very quickly. As I said, I pinged Omar Reis there, and that's why he showed up here and commented.
