Hi Ken,
Many thanks for your advice, but I have checked the fluid contained in the chamber, and it appears full. I can also increase and decrease the bubble size by holding the device at arm's length and swinging one's arm to create centrifugal force to increase(clock wise swing) the bubble size or decrease the bubble with a counter clockwise arm swing.
