Excellent point Herbert,
Let me have a closer look first ! and get back to my various previous checks to see whether I actually performed all the computations carried out by Paul, which I believe I did (with the exception of the computation of the value for Equation du Temps), but I better check now.
The 40" in Longitude Error mentioned by Lalande would imply that Lacaille did not include ANY perturbation whatsoever because a 40" Longitude perturbation for the Earth is very close to the maximum total value of all perturbations from all other planets.
Best Regards

PS : Still EXTREMELY busy with very little if not insignificant spare time for NavList at least until early June.
