Hi Paul, I can't read French but with the help of Google will enjoy looking at your F-Tafel study. For those interested in the F-Tafel I suggest a wonderful book Self Contained Celestial Navigation by John S, Letcher. The book concerns H.O. 208 which uses a similar mathematical technique to create a position line. It was a good stepping stone to using the F-Tafel. Jerry
