Not until 22 February next year (closest approach at 9h 45m 46s TT by 37.4').
Venus will attempt to overtake Mars in the last weeks of June this year but then pull away again.
At the closest approach on 1 July, 7h 6m 39s TT, the angular distance will be 3.571°.
These predictions are based on Aldo Vitagliano’s SOLEX 12.1

Subject: [NavList] Upcoming Planets 2023 close encounters
Hello to all,
Lady Venus back in the evening sky.
She will "fly by" Saturn at a minimum geocentric distance close from 20.7 ' (slighly above a Moon apparent Semi-Diameter) on Jan 22nd, 2023 by 22h14m UT.
She will "fly by" Jupiter at a minimum geocentric distance close from 29.3' (about a Moon apparent angular Diameter) on March 02nd, 2023 by 05h05m UT.
Mars is next in the sky. Any such close encounter then with Venus later this year ?
