George, I was following some parts of this thread, noticing that you were looking for a manual which you couldn't find. May be I can offer you an alternative solution. There are User Groups and Forums for various programs. Google can possibly help you to find one you are looking for. It could however be that you have to try several of them since the quality of the help may differ from one to the other.
