Unless your eyeglasses correct for significant astigmatism, you should adjust the telescope focus instead of wearing your glasses when taking sights. It's not a big deal either way, but without glasses you can get your eye a little closer to the ocular and there are fewer reflections and other distractions. Same goes for binoculars and astronomical telescopes: glasses off, re-focus.
