    Normally you don't do any interpolation when using the Air Almanac for flight navigation,  you plan your shots and take them on the ten minute  tabulated times. If you are off you can interpolate but the interpolation table is only tabulated for four second intervals since that is how long it takes for the GHA to change by one minute of arc.
