Using MICA, I get 0°3'59.99006" at 22:32:08.0TT. I'm not sure if this is correct, though, because I had to use RA instead of GHA in my calculations since MICA won't allow me to calculate sidereal time in terms of TT. (See attached spreadsheet.)
