Hi Joshua,
I make your sextant fix at 15 Km East of Myrtle Beach (South Carolina) as per attached map.
I am most envious Josh, as I have yet to do a sextant fix from a sailboat.
Your sailing trip with your friend Erika sounds most enticing from the perspective of where I am at 43 degrees SOUTH, and being only 10 days away from the WINTER Solstice.
My fix solution matches that of Lars Bergman - which is always nice to achieve !
