Eventually, I have managed to see Venus with naked eye today (around 13GMT)! Thanks to the suggestion to use a reference object (as a reference I used horizontal roof edge of my house). First I used binocular and compass to locate Venus and then I chose my position to see it just above the roof edge. By focusing my eyes on that specific sky area I've seen a white dot - Venus.
