According to SAI, it does.
It says that when ISS is between the sun and the Earth. the reflected light from the Earth is so strong that they cannot see a thing (like if you were very close of the Moon on a Full Moon Evening . I don't trust SAI too much but this time, it makes sense. Please lighten up my candle.
