Coincidentally, back in 2015 I made a spreadsheet to help me do just that. It lists all 128 points of the compass, their headings, and - if you type a degree heading into the box - it will tell you what the closest point is. The list of points is color coded to help me remember which "direction" the quarter points go.

SE x E 1/4 E is 120.9°. Also coincidentally, I had saved the sheet at SE x E 3/4 E ... imagine that. ;)
