smallest division on the main scale is 10 minutes of arc
smallest division on the verneir scale is 10 seconds of arc
So the vernier pointer gives if Im not mistaken 69 deg 50 min
and the whole vernier looking for the closet alignment gives m minutes s 10secs as an correction to the first reading.
