This version of the Visual Bygrave uses Cosine and Tangent curves. Interestingly, the solution angle is derived from the CoTangent. Version 3 used Secant and Cotangent Curves, but the solution angle is derived from the Tangent. Please note that I have been extra careful to use Bowditch style definitions of the trigonometric functions, which is 10+log(abs(trig function)). This may lend some clarity to the discussion of what curves are represented on the Bygrave.
