Your in luck. I went back though my emails and found I bought mine in 2018 but not from the chap who had the batch to sell. I bought it from an ex-Merchant Navy Officer who bought one but decided it wasn't for him. I gave him the £50 he payed for it. I've managed to track down the site he bought it from, and there are still 9 left. It looks like the chap hasn't managed to sell another in five years. The price is now £75, but I'd offer £50; he'll probably be glad to get rid of them. The Site is: https://www.trinitymarine.co.uk/shop/royal-navy-mk-2a-periscope-sextant-2/ . Meanwhile, I've contacted a former Nav-Plotter collegue to see if by chance he still has a real completed copy of a form he could photograph and send to me to save me trying to make one up. DaveP
