Mark-
If you could possibly post some pictures of the parts, I’m sure there will be folks looking to purchase them. I myself are looking for either one of these parts from a Link A-12 bubble sextant. The one on the left is a bubble light and the one on the right is the bubble cell itself.
Thanks- Paul

Subject: [NavList] WWII bubble Sextants found
Gentlemen,
I have recently acquired about 20 bubble sextants that where used on WWII aircraft, all seem to be in good condition and most are in original cases. These belonged to my father in law who recently passed away (Ron Johnson Farview TN). It appears Ron had a big interest in navigational devices, especially sextants. He also had a lot of parts (bubbles)to repair these devices. Unfortunately Ron's estate is a mess and my wife and I are trying to sell these sextants and other compass type things to help settle things.
I don't know the worth of these other than internet research. so I would welcome any input on the worth and any interest in purchasing or where one might find a place to sell such.
I appreciate any help and look forward to hearing from someone soon.
regards,
Mark Sudbury
