I have been using a Garmin "smart" watch with a digital UTC app (with seconds!) on it that includes the UT date. The app works quite well, but I find the Garmin timebase is quite poor so it takes frequent GPS syncs to keep time. As I get older, I find it a lot easier to read than my sweep-second-hand Citizen watch, tho the Citizen keeps much better time.
