Could I suggest that you --and anyone else with similar projects-- post graphic images like this in 256-color PNG format rather than full-color TIFF? I converted your file, as attached. Although TIFF still has niche uses and professional applications, it is increasingly a marginal file format. Also, the converted file is about twenty times smaller and thus more likely to be viewed by people reading your messages.
