    Break break,

As they say, interco, ?U? or uniform, you are standing into danger, you may
    want to change you intentions.

I am not going to pursue the old NavL list anymore. For several reason it has
run its course and it?s time to move on. If someone wants to keep it going
that?s fine but nothing is to be gained by it and as it is designed now it
depends on the intentions of individual people instead of a large
organization in the background such as Google or Yahoo. A list at either of
those places will continue seamlessly even with changing ?owners.?
No matter what you decide to do as a group I wish you all the best of luck and fair winds,
    Robert Gainer
