David McCune wrote, about his boat- | She's a Rustler 31, "Ventura," a British long-keel sloop built in fiberglass | in 1969 by Anstey Yachts in Poole, Dorset, England. (31'5" LOA, 9' beam, | 5'6" draft, 12,800 lbs.) My own boat, "Christina", is berthed at Poole YC, just a couple of hundred yards from Anstey's old shed, where Ventura was built. She's a couple of years older than Ventura, and much smaller, but designed along similar lines. It's good that David has promised her a return to Poole, and hope that we may be able to make contact at some stage. I live about 90 miles North from Poole.
