I cannot believe that 15 million copies (or even 15,000) of vol I were printed in 4/45. However 2,500 copies in 10/41 of vol II and 3,500 copies of vol III in 7/45 seems reasonable.
FWIIW 1938 is the only edition for which I have been able to obtain all three volumes. Of course maybe I have not searched hard enough.........
