What is this chart?

I have chart that I believe is from the late 1960's or 1970's and I can't
identify its source. It is called "ROUTE CHART Showing Major Routes of the
Pacific Ocean." It shows the entire Pacific from 60d N to 60d S and from
67d W to 106d E. It is mercator, and major shipping great circle routes are
shown, including mileage (e.g., "Panama - Singapore 10,527"). On the back
of the chart is a smaller chart "Showing Major Routes Between Ports in
Australia, New Zealand, and Islands of the Southwestern Pacific Ocean and
Illustrating Routes in H.O. Pubs. 75, 76, 78." There is also a smaller
world chart showing "Limits of Sailing Directions, August 1965."
In any case, I am hoping to find a similar chart for the Atlantic. When I
have sailed the Pacific, I have used this chart to keep a general picture in
mind of where the major commercial routes are, so that I can keep a more
careful lookout when crossing one of these routes.
Can anyone help identify this chart? It may have come included in some
volume of sailing directions I bought some time ago. I have googled the
chart name and not come up with anything. There are no other identifiers on
the chart such as a DMA number or such.
Thanks.
David
