I fully agree with DaveP that the solution would better be included. I have made a slight approximation in enclosed solution, in assuming that the declination is the same for the two observations. This makes the formulas simpler and the result is probably as true as can be expected from a fix with that small azimuth difference, and a dubious instrument.
