This image is in the Imperial War museum collection; reference IWM RAF-T4755. The descpription is "Avro Shackleton MR.3 XF707 of No 206 Squadron flying over the north coast of Cornwall near its home station of RAF St Mawgan in 1964."

I am puzzled by the shadows. The sun can never be north of an aircraft flying anywhere from south-east to south-west across the northern coast of Cornwall. I wonder whether the caption is correct. Perhaps course is generally north (as Frank suggests) and is inbound from the Channel side?
I was fortunate to see the Shackleton before the were retired from service - including display at an airshow (at Duxford I think) around 1989.
