Which Baader Solarfilter for Ebbco sextant

The filters on a Ebbco sextant has become useless.
I want to replace them with Baader Solarfilter.
In The Netherlands I can buy two different foil types on A4 format.
ND 3,8 the LT (Light transmission) = 1/1000
ND 5,0 the LT = 1/100000
Which is the most usefull?
