The topic of occultaions was discussed on Navlist in a thread starting here https://NavList.net/m2.aspx/Longitude-Lunar-Occultation-Stuart-jan-2019-g43848 . Some of the responses list websites where information can be obtained. I produced a spreadsheet that computes local circumstances and longitude from occultation observations. It was updated it to use quadratic Besselian elements and I have used it successfully on a number of occasions. Here it is again with data for 2022. The location has been set to Mystic Seaport but it can be easily changed to your particular location on the Control sheet.
