    thank you for your kind words! I attach an updated plot based on the most recent data. I added yet more information into the plot, namely the direction and the speed, as given by the JSON endpoint. It might help interpret the picture.

    Given what you said, and that they were a little bit to the SE at that time, I find it a bit surprising that they proceeded to explore the SW quadrant instead, and now are in the NW quadrant. Judging by their video streams, they do not seem to be having significant issues with ice, though, so that probably won't be the explanation.

    I also attach a CSV file compiled from the JSON data, in case anyone wants to have a go at plotting themself.
